    Since embarking on her coaching journey in 2018, Alejandra L. has passionately combined her expertise as a certified Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor to uplift and inspire her clients.

    With a background in ballroom dancing, she infuses her Pilates classes with grace and energy, creating inclusive spaces where breath work and mindful movement beautifully connect mind and body.

    Outside the studio, Alejandra loves exploring the great outdoors, diving into a good book, and cherishing moments with her three beloved four-legged companions.

    Drawing from her athletic background, Ashley infuses personal and practical experience into her programming, creating a dynamic and effective exercise experience.

    Off the mat (and reformer!), Ashley enjoys spending time in nature with her Bernese mountain dog puppy, hiking, camping and swimming.

    As a certified Pilates instructor, Cindy speaks passionately about Pilates' transformative impact on an aging body, drawing from personal experience. She finds immense joy in sharing the profound benefits of Pilates while motivating others to embrace their best selves and a life filled with love, laughter, fun, and adventure.
