Hydrate well with water and electrolytes before, during, and after your session. Proper hydration enhances comfort and amplifies detoxifying effects as you sweat.
Avoid heavy meals too close to your sauna time. Skip lotions and cosmetics beforehand- arrive with a clean slate to allow deep pore cleansing and purification.
With the right preparation, you'll optimize the sauna's rejuvenating benefits. Stay hydrated, keep it light, and embrace the detox.

Our Hydro-Suite is equipped with a shower to rinse before, during, or after your session as needed. Once your timer ends, you have 10 minutes to cool down, shower, and exit.
After exiting the sauna, relax and allow your body to continue its detoxifying sweat. Sit or recline with a towel for a few minutes as you return to a comfortable temperature.
Don't be surprised if it takes 10-15 minutes to start perspiring heavily. With regular sauna use, you'll likely notice improved ability to sweat more efficiently. Embrace the glow of diminished wrinkles, muscle relief, and full-body relaxation.

Our full spectrum infrared sauna reaches a temperature of 158F (70C). Our cold plunge is kept at a temperature ranging between 45F - 48F (7C - 9C).

The Hydro-Suite is private and can comfortably accommodate two guests.
There is a fee for each additional person you bring. Please refer to the booking page for more details.

Our recommendation is about 9 minutes in the sauna, 3 minutes in the plunge, 3 minutes rest, and then repeat.
You may alternate between the sauna and cold plunge as much as you would like during your session.
We recommend adhering to your own body’s capacity and adjusting your physical limits during the session.

We do not recommend use for guests who are pregnant.

Those who are sensitive to cold temperatures or those with any circulatory conditions should refrain from use.
Anyone who is pregnant, has open cuts and/or sores, or lives with a pacemaker should also not use this treatment.
If you are unsure, please always consult with your doctor.

We provide you with one towel per person, complimentary shower products and a Dyson blow dryer for use.
The most important thing we recommend bringing is water. We have a filtered tap station for refills if your cup runs dry!
If you would like, you are welcome to bring your own toiletries, robe, and slippers. You may also want to bring a book or iPad to keep you entertained, or you may connect your phone to our Bluetooth!

Proper attire is required in our Hydro-Suites.
All guests must wear a bathing suit at all times, and this policy is strictly enforced.
Your adherence to this dress code ensures a hygienic and respectful environment for all our guests.
