Where does Valeō ship to?

We ship internationally!

How long will it take to receive my order?

We require 1-2 business days to process your order before it is shipped to you. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, delivery times depend on where you are located.

Canadian orders

All Canadian orders are shipped through Canada Post.

Estimated shipping times are:

- 2-8 business days for Expedited Parcel

- 2-4 business days for Xpresspost

- 2-4 business days for Priority (Eligible for shipping refund if package lost in mail)

Please note, estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.

US orders

US orders are shipped through USPS, DHL, UPS. Estimated shipping time is 3-4 business days for standard shipping. Please note, estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.

International orders

International shipping does not provide tracking at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and are looking into it for future orders! Please allow at least 14 business days for delivery. Please reach out to info@valeopilates.com if you have any questions or concerns. International shipping providers and delivery times vary depending on location.

*Orders cannot be canceled after they have been confirmed through our website. If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges.*

Custom Imports Duty & Taxes

Please be aware that Valeō is not liable for customs clearance fees in your country, nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs. The prices on our online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country. Valeō is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs/duties/taxes.

What is your return policy?

At Valeō, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as we planned, so we’re here to make sure you're satisfied with your order.

How to Initiate a Return:

Your package will not be shipped with a return slip. Please email info@valeopilates.com with your order number if interested in a return.

**We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping.**

**All return refunds are given the full price value of the item minus the shipping cost of the order.**

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

1. Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date.

2. Be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.

3. Be returned with original tags and packaging.

Sale/Discounted Items:

Items marked "Sale" or discounted with a promo code are final sale, and are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit.

Full Priced Items:

Eligible for exchange or refund.

In-Store Returns:

Full priced items purchased online can be exchanged or returned in-store for store credit. Please note we only accept returns to our Pickering location only.

Customer is responsible to send back the garments to the address provided with the returns form filled out in full with order number (Return form is given once you email info@valeopilates.com).
